Capt. Tom Stocks began fishing in the keys as a young boy. Today as a charter captain, he gets just as excited about each trip as he did when he was a kid.
"When I started Finatic Charters, my focus was on using a very fast, fishable boat so that if necessary, I could cover large areas of water to adjust to the fishing conditions. I am also committed to the use of high quality light tackle. I chose this area for my business because of the great year round fishing.
